march
Sir Edward Elgar, composer
Pomp and Circumstance (Military March No, 2) is one of five "Military
Marches" composed by Sir Edward Elgar, all with the same title, Pomp and
Circumstance, and differentiated only by number.
While all five are marches, they are each very different in feeling, even
though they all seem the very personification of British Pomp, power, and
empire in its great days around the beginning of the Twentieth Century.
