He was the consummate entertainer, offering a personality and charm that captivated millions of people throughout the world. The arrangement begins with a short chorale treatment of When the Saints Go Marching In, followed by a drum solo introduction to Struttin' With Some Barbecue. A short harmonic transition leads to Sleepy Time Down South. A Dixie combo is featured in Cornet Chop Suey.
