Concord Band to Perform Its Annual Holiday Pops Concert
Celebrate the season at the Concord Band's annual Holiday Pops concerts, to
be held at 51 Walden St., Concord on Friday, December 13th and Saturday,
December 14th at 8pm. The cabaret style concerts will feature traditional
holiday music. Soprano Nancy Williams-Morizio will perform two pieces with
the band and will lead the audience sing-along. Ms. Williams-Morizio has
appeared with a number of different opera, operetta, and musical theater
companies in New York and New England. She has performed with the Longwood
Opera Company, the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as the
Civic Symphony Orchestra of Boston. Ms Williams-Morizio is a regular singer
with the Brown Bag Opera Company of Newtonville.
The Concord Band Holiday Pops is a tradition in Concord and sells out early.
Table seating is available at $15 per person, $60 for a table of four, which
includes beverages and snacks.

The Concord Band, founded in 1959, is one of the leading community concert
bands in the United States. It is well known for its innovative programming
and the exceptional quality of its commissioned pieces. It presents both
formal and Pops concerts throughout the year. Its summer concerts at
Fruitlands Museums in Harvard, Massachusetts, are attended by more than
